WHAT IS PRE-WORKOUT?
A unique variety of ingredients such as citrulline, caffeine, branched-chain amino acids, creatine, β-alanine, vitamins and a plethora of other constituents designed to improve acute exercise performance, potentially leading to enhanced training proficiencies following continued use.

DO I NEED TO TAKE IT WITH FOOD?
It is not mandatory to take pre-workout supplements with food. However, it is highly recommended to avoid an upset stomach. Also make sure to stay well hydrated, this will help prevent nausea, headaches, and dizziness.

IS PRE-WORKOUT SAFE?
It is vital to check with a licensed and qualified health care provider prior to starting any new supplement routine to ensure all ingredients are safe with your pre-existing conditions and medications (if any). Certain pre-workout ingredients may be contraindicated if you have heart disease, diabetes or liver issues.

HOW LONG DOES PRE-WORKOUT TAKE TO KICK IN?
Brute Fit pre-workout usually kicks in about 15 to 20 minutes after consumption. However, there are a few variables that must be taken into consideration such as sensitivity to stimulants, hydration, age, body composition and quality of ingredients.

HOW LONG DOES PRE-WORKOUT STAY IN YOUR SYSTEM?
The best way to get an idea of how long a pre-workout stays in the body would be to understand the half-life ( t1⁄2) of the ingredients, which is the time required for that particular substance to reduce to half of its initial value. Consumers can expect to feel the lasting effects of pre-workout anywhere from 1 to 2 hours after ingestion. However, depending on the components and sensitivity to stimulants effects can last up to 3 to 6 hours.

HOW DO PRE-WORKOUTS GET PROCESSED BY THE BODY?
Metabolism of pre-workouts is usually dependent upon the formulation because the breakdown of ingredients can take place in different parts of the body. For example, caffeine is metabolized in the liver while citrulline is metabolized in the kidneys.

HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN ONE SERVING OF BRUTE FIT PRE-WORKOUT?
One serving of Brute Fit pre-workout contains 300 mg of caffeine, approximately the amount of caffeine in 3 cups of coffee. Do NOT consume ANY other caffeine containing products with Brute Fit pre-workout. Consuming too much caffeine may give you the "jitters", irritability, sleeplessness, and heart palpitations.

CAN I CONSUME BRUTE FIT PRE-WORKOUT WHILE PREGNANT?
Given the high caffeine content it is therefore not recommended to use this supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding.

DO YOU USE ANY BANNED SUBSTANCES IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
No, we do NOT use any banned substance or ingredients (found on FDA or WADA list) in any of our Brute Fit products.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 12 business days.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Yes.  Please note that we are able to ship to over 200 countries & regions!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

We will replace all defective units with a new item upon 30 days of shipment arrival.
